Shipping policy

Shipping times may vary depending on the chosen product. Orders will be sent within 2-10 business days. Shipping costs vary from 6 € to 20 € depending on the shipping destination. Shipping to Posti pickup points in Finland cost 6 €.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If your order has been damaged during the shipping, please contact us immediately. Read more about our refund policy here.

We are currently shipping only within the EU. If you are from outside of EU and want to do a purchase please contact us at onkojewellery@gmail.com

Item in basket:

By having an item in your basket, this does not reserve it as yours. Your order is confirmed only when your payment has been successfully received and a confirmation email sent to your email address given.

Customs:

Customs and duty fees are not included in ONKO Jewellery’s shipping costs for international orders. Each country has different import duty, tariff and VAT threshold rules, please check with your local authorities. ONKO Jewellery is not responsible for additional costs that may occur after your order has been dispatched.

Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement and forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.
